Secretary of State's Visit to Hong Kong
The Secretary of State has seen Hong Kong telno 373 and
He is content with the programme suggested by the Governor. He would additionally, as suggested by you, like
to see the conditions under which the Vietnamese refugees are living. Can this be fitted into the afternoon programme? I have not yet received any comments from Mrs Owen about her programme. These
I will relay as soon as possible. Is there anything which should be given high priority?
I should be grateful if Hong Kong could now be informed of Dr Owen's comments.
