Your minute of 23 March (para 2) refers.
(a) There are no dietary requirements to be considered;

The composition of the helicopter party should be Secretary of State, Mrs Owen (to be confirmed), Mr Cortazzi, Private Secretary, detective, Press Officer and/or Mr McLaren (depending on Mrs Owen's inclusion);
The Secretary of State's entire party should be included in the dinner. For the lunch the follow- ing should be included if possible: Mr Ward, Mr Cortazzi, Mr Samuel, Mr McLaren, 1 or 2 Private Secretaries, Mr Stephen, Mr Braithwaite, Mr Whyte.
