PREMIER HUA'S VISIT:
1.
OBJEC TIVES AND BRIEFING
I attach a draft letter from the Permanent Under-
Secretary to Sir John Hunt about Premier Hua Guofeng's
forthcoming visit to this country, covering draft lists
of objectives and briefing.
2.
The draft letter and lists have been cleared within
the FC 0, and we have also consulted informally the other
Government Departments concerned about the draft lists of
objectives and briefing. FED will arrange to copy the
letter as it issues to other FCO Departments as appropriate.
