SEMINAR ON THE FUTURE OF THE DEPENDENT TERRITORIES
With apologies for the delay, I now enclose a copy of the
summary of discussions of the Seminar held at the Institute of Development Studies in September.
We hope that all participants will have found the discussions
as interesting and enlightening as we on the official side did. The ideas that emerged provided a valuable contribution to our current reconsideration of what official policy should be towards the remaining dependencies.
