1. I attach a draft outlining proposed action on the Seminar and two lists of candidates for participation.

2. Since the IDS are making no financial contribution to the Seminar, I suggest that their presence be limited to Mr Selwyn, with occasional participation from Dr Jolly, and one other place for Sussex University. I have covered this in the draft.
