Seminar on the Future of British Dependent Territories 24 26 September, 1979
I see from your letter HKG 025/4 of 2nd July to Percy Selwyn that you are sending out invitations, and I wonder if Peter McClean of ODA could be invited. He has just taken over responsibility for IDS from Ken Osborne and this seminar would seem to provide a good opportunity for him to pay a first visit here. He may not have time to see through the whole event. Would you contact him in my absence during August to see whether this would fit your plans ?
