Seminar on the Future of Britain's Remaining Dependent Territories
1. I enclose a booklet containing the Background Paper, a list of participants and the outline programme. You will note that the sessions on aid and independence alternatives have been switched and aid will now be discussed before lunch on the Tuesday.
2. I also enclose a plan of the University of Sussex, together with other information on how to arrive, where to park etc. Accommodation for all participants has been reserved by the Institute of Development Studies. Please let me know if this is not required for either night.
