We shall indeed be circulating a report on the Seminar, and I now enclose a copy of the background paper which has been sent to all participants.
3. Your suggestion of Brian Lynch was most helpful - he could have given us a valuable, account of the New Zealand colonial experiences. Unfortunately he has to be in Bremen at this time and will not be able to take part; but he was grateful for your thought as was I.
