SEMINAR ON THE FUTURE OF BRITAIN'S REMAINING DEPENDENT TERRITORIES
1. We were delighted to hear from Wyn Jones that you will be available to attend our Seminar at Brighton, and this letter is your formal invitation.
2. I enclose the background paper with list of participants and also an information sheet on the University of Sussex. Accommodation has already been reserved and the FCO will refund your rail costs between Manchester and Falmer.
3. You will see that we have one other Manchester participant, Professor Austin and you may like to travel down with him, but unfortunately he has to leave the Seminar on the Tuesday evening.
