This is just a short note of appreciation for all the help and guidance I personally had from the Institute in organising the Seminar. We had a good group of people, thanks to Percy's advice and they were happy and content, thanks to Darrell and Wendy. Inevitably this made the Seminar relaxed and congenial in atmosphere, which was an enormous help to our discussions and my own peace of mind.
It was a pleasure to work with you and your colleagues on this and I hope I shall have the opportunity to visit you all again.
