The only other possible candidate is Ň Peter Williams (who has just started on a six months assignment in Hong Kong); but though he is probably of the right calibre, his experence has been limited to Hong Kong and I would not therefore expect him to be as good a candidate as either N Davies or Nr Hennessey.
