1. I spoke to Mr Alexander about a date for the DTSAB and pointed out that, if his Department will only be ready with names ama Easter, then we would need an extra three weeks or so after this in order to get the pretty extensive minutes of the meeting bearing names of candidates ready. He agreed that we should therefore go for a May meeting of the DTSAB. I think this is preferable as members of the Board may well be on leave around Easter. If you agree therefore I shall try for around 10 May.

Mr Alexander confirmed that it was their current thinking that there should be a new encumbent as Governor, Falklands.
