1. I enclose as requested Job Descriptions for the Governors of the Falkland Islands and Belize. Part C of the Description gives the "Special Qualities Required" in the Governor.
2.
May I know whether you will be putting any candidates forward for the Governorship of Montserrat? This has an OCS Governor at present and is much more a traditional post for a Colonial Administrator than are Belize and the Falklands.
3. The remaining items for the Board will be extensions of the terms of office of existing Governors those of the Caymans and
St Helena.
