1. At our meeting on 9 January you asked me, as a preliminary to fixing a date for the next UTSAB, to write a minute to Michael Alexander about the Governorships of the Falklands and Belize. I attach a draft.
2. I have spoken to both POD and PPD about the grading of the Belize Governorship. Hitherto it has been at DS4 level but, as you know, Mr McEntee has recently been promoted to DS3. They both confirm that it is the post itself that has been upgraded and that we should therefore be looking for a successor at DS3 level.
