DEPENDENT TERRITORIES SENIOR APPOINTMENTS BOARD
1. Now that we have a date fixed for the next DTSAB, we should be getting ahead with as much of the materials for the Briefs as we can do in advance.
2. As a first step, I should be glad if you would ask the geographical departments involved to up-date Job Descriptions for the following Governorships: -
(a) Belize-

• (b) Hong Kong mot vended
(c)
Falklands
(d) Montserrat
Caymans
f) St Helena

BY 2 APRIL
(a) and (b) should be done as soon as possible. We will need to put Mr McEntee's extension of office from June to December to a "paper" Board. As far as Hong Kong is concerned, we may be asked quite quickly to arrange for a "paper" Board when a new Governor is nominated. Once these Job Descriptions have been up-dated they can be typed in final form. I should like to see them first.
