The Chairman first said Mr. Scott could not attend this meeting, and Mr. Linthwaite was present to replace Hr. Feske. He further said the Official Side had got some draft minutes of the last meeting but they would not discuss it during this meeting. The Official Side would sun- narize a shorter minutes from the very detailed verbatin recordo prepared by the Staff Side, At the last meeting, Miss So had completed her presentation on the PIU report. He asked whether the Staff Side would like to discuss the PIU or Productivity Centre report or whether they had completed the сабе.

Mrs. Cheung said she would like to confirm the minutes of 2nd Hay 1977 and 20th January 1977.

The Chairman said the Official Side did not have the minutes available for signature and proposed to sign those in the next meeting and asked again whether the Staff Side had anything to say on the PIU or Productivity Centre reports.
4.
Mrs. Cheung said they had completed the two reports.
