Why have all1 S.A.T.s been unreasonably left out the "equal pay" scheme set by the Government?

Why has the Government not compensated the S.A.T.s for their loss; mainly on marriage gratuity and full-paid maternity leave?

Why is there a pay difference of $1,000 a month between the S.A.T. and P.S. since they are performing similar duties, As a matter of fact, about 80% S.A.T.s recei- ving maximum pay, most of them are up to the P.5, en- trance requirements and have not been given the benefit of getting the transfer.

The academic qualification between S.A.T. and C.0.II are identical not to say the additional shorthand and typing skills of S.A.T.; why do C.0.II receive $500 & month more than an S.A.T.?

Please favour us with a reply in this connection before 7th May 1)77. We firmly believe that the significance of your sincerity and point-to-point reasoning would help solving relative matters.

Yours faithfully,

Patilda
