(a) Shorthand/Audio Typists on the existing pay point of 1,515 for
less than one year on date of conversion will remain on their present pay point;
(b)
Shorthand/Audio Typists on the existing pay point of $1,515 for one year or more but less than 2 years on date of conversion will proceed to $1,625 on conversion;
(c) Shorthand/Audio Typsists on the existing pay point of $1,515 for
2 years or longer on date of conversion will proceed to $1,735
on conversion.
Note: Shorthand/Audio Typists serviing on probation for 2 years will
retain their present salaries and incremental dates but will be granted one increment on confirmation.
