2-year on-the-job supervisory training with attendance at a suitable part-time day-release, block-release or evening supervisory course in a technical institute.
Entry Requirements :-
1. Age: Minimum 21 years.
2. qualification and aptitude :
(i) Completion of an organized
craft apprenticeship plus at lease 3 years post apprenticeship experience.
(ii)
Possession of a craft
certificate in the field of
work in which he is engaged.
(iii) Leadership.
