Ordinance is amended
:
(a) in paragraph 1 by inserting after "Betaprodine."
the following
"Cannabinol and its tetrahydro derivatives;
their 3-alkyl homologues.";
(b) by deleting paragraph 7;
(c)
in paragraph 12 by deleting ", cannabis resin
and all preparations of which cannabis resin
forms the base, other than extract or tincture
of cannabis".
Explanatory Memorandum
The main purpose of this Bill is to replace
the definition of "cannabis" in the principal Ordinance,
which is limited to certain parts of the plants of the
