MA SIK CHUN (7456/1917/3791) alias MA YICK SHING (7456/1150/4141); male; born in HONG KONG on 7th October 1938; holder of Hong Kong Identity Card Number E-233226, and British Passport No. 75859.
MA WOON Yin (7456/3562/3544); male; born in November 1942; place of birth unknown; holder of Hong Kong Identity Card Number B-161979 and Hong Kong Travel document (Certificate of Identity) Number C-223767.
Both subjects absconded while on bail pending for their trial in the High Court of Hong Kong for indictments of Conspiracy to traffic in Dangerous Drugs.
Please refer to your telegram No. 77/76 dated 9th October 1978 in which you requested the General Secretariat to obtain from Interpol Hong Kong evidence to enable you to initiate legal action against both MA Sik Chun and MA Woon Yin in Taiwan.

The evidence against MA Sik Chun and MA Woon Yin covers three areas of narcotics importation, the importation by sea of 1999' morphine blocks on board ocean going Polish cargo ships, the importation of raw opium by way of Thai trawlers and of separate dealings with a major Hong Kong narcotics broker.
