The recent news here reports that the International drug traffickers MA She-chen and MA Huarjan have escaped out of Hong Kong. STOP. On the 20th of September 1978 early morning the two subjects have been discovered and arrested by our coast guard on the Territorial waters of North Formosa, China and now they are under questioning by the Police authorities. STOP.
It is requested that please send every detailed criminal facts and evidence of the subjects and all other co-offenders testimonials and direct evidence and witness statements to the National Central Bureau of China for the taking of legal actions. STOP.
