Ka Keung, Chan Ming Fai, Lewis Cheung Chung Yin, Raymond Chan

in identified
cified a report dated 31st March 1977 from the office of
the Commerce & Industry Department in Hong Kong titled
"Dangerous Drugs Suspect en route to Europe via Bangkok".
Please explain why the name of Robert Yip Ka Keung was omitted from the information supplied to the Thai authorities by telex from the Hong Kong Preventative Service, whereas the name Robert Yip Ka Keung was identified to the Paris authori-
ties by telex, such information being given on the 19th March
1977.

Please explain why it took 2 days for information to be given by the Hong Kong Preventative Service to the Paris and to the Thai Customs respectively of the suspicions of Chan Ming Fai
and Rita Nightingale and with Robert Yip Ka Keung.
Please confirm that Chan Ming Fai and Rita Nightingale and
Robert Yip Ka Keung took the same flight from Hong Kong to Bangkok and identify the seat numbers which they occupied
on this occasion on the 17th March 1977.
