6. Mr Harrison has some experience of Hong Kong (he did a review in the early '60's) and displayed a good knowledge of the background. He is a wise old bird and I am sure he will do the job well. I encouraged him to cone into the Office to let us have his impressions after his return and said you would probably welcome an opportunity to see him.
