HEREBY AUTHORISE the Treasury Solicitor of Central Buildings,
Matthew Parker Street, London SW1H 9NN to act on my behalf in
connection with certain proceedings which were instituted
against me in the Queen's Bench Division of the High Court of
Justice on the 14th August 1978 by Feng-Ming Tung (Thomas)
claiming damages in respect of alleged defamatory statements
said to have been contained in a letter written to one Christopher
Price, M.P. on or about the 19th January 1978 and to take such
action as may be considered necessary by the Treasury Solicitor
in his capacity as my Solicitor and Legal Adviser for the purpose
of representing me in these proceedings.
