With reference to your letter of the 31st August 1978
I confirm that the documents you sent to Mr. O'Dea have now
reached me.
I should be glad if the retainers could be returned to
me as soon as possible as I ought to enter Appearances within 14
days of 12th September. Once this has been done I will ask the
Plaintiff for his Statement of Claim and when this is received I
will come back to you for further instructions.
