The Honorable Mr. Christopher Price House of Commons, Westminster.
Dear Mr. Price:
Redacted under FOI exemption 40(2)
I respectfully beg to inform you that your heroic action in helping two boys to get their reputation rehabilitate has been received with acclaim among our Chinese residents in Hongkong as well as abroad.
I have been a victim of heinous injustice out of bizarr corruption of
I hope you can help me by raising questions in the House "of Commons. In Hongkong I have no right to sue. No lawyers dare to accept my case on behalf of me. They even employ a lawyer to warn me not to start a suit to rehabilitate my reputation in a law court. Is a magistrate above and beyond the law?
I don't care what is or will be the decision of a court but I must have the right and privilege to be heard by having my right to sue and put up my defense.
A law should be passed in British Parliament to enable the victims of corruption in Hongkong.to sue corrupt officers in Hongkong Court direct even though the Police, the Attorney General and Anti-corruption Commissioner were bribed and refused to take action to help the victims to rehabilitate their reputation.

I will publish my sincere thanks to you in London Times, front page headlines if you will help me to rehabilitate my name among my colleagues.
Best wishes.
