- Are the vertical and horizontal links clearly shown.
- Do I understand the part my unit is meant to fulfil in
reaching the objectives of the organisation.
- Are the objectives of my unit realistic.
- Are the objectives of my unit being achieved; are we
achieving the standards of service or control which the public expects.
Can my unit absorb more work, greater responsibility.
- Does management know of this additional capacity.
- Why are the objectives being only partially achieved; why
are standards or control not entirely satisfactory.
