Explanatory Memorandum
This Bill amends the Prevention of Bribery
Ordinance by adding a new section 21A, which will provide,
in proceedings under section 10 of the principal Ordinance,
for proof of the official emoluments and service of
Crown servants by the production of a certificate issued
by the Chief Secretary.
