He told me he had had an anonymous telephone call about the death. There was
a guggestion call might have been made by a colleague of the deceased,
Not sufficient information to enable me to enquire further. ADS Yaumati
told me deceased's colleagues did not want to be interviewed with CU students.
The idea was that the person who received call might have recognised voice
of caller if he had been able to speak to deceased's civil colleagues.
I look at C1K. In ny opinion, if a person fell in a straight line
past window marked by
and he fell from roof, he would start off
from a point near the door on C5H.
I found no evidence of body striking anything on way to ground. My general impression given me by deceased's friends was active,
helpful, generous and optimistic.

I have no expertise in fingerprints and handprints. Nor has last witness.
I was particularly looking for visible signs. No dusting was done.
Handrail in photo C5E- handprint might have shown up from secretions
in hand.
I inspected on 29th.
I was told by
that anonymous call made 30/7/77 by someone who wanted to
talk to deceased's sister but caller said he could not disclose name or he
would meet same fate as deceased.
Alleged Call on 16 Aug. made to

My PC took statements from LIU Ping Hon's colleagues. No attempt
made by voice ident. I approached ADS Y who said after he had consulted with
deceased's colleagues nobody wished to interview with students.
I was told that LIU Fing Hon applied to join ICAC. Id not personally
try to find out if correct.
