We enquired on both A and B Blocks. We knocked but at some
flats, no answer. We started enquiry once ambulance carried body away.

A. Yes. I did not go to side door at time but I was led by watchman inside
building and I saw it was shut. One cannot open door from outside
but inside.
Q. No chain on it when you saw it.
A. I can't remember if there was any small chain.
I only paid attention to whether door could be opened.

A. Yes.
