compensation up to $27 per square foot in respect of the balance of the land to be resumed. The amount of cash compensation to be paid out will be reduced to the extent that land exchange entitlements are taken up.

Honourable Members will be asked to advise, under section 3 of the Crown Lands Resumption Ordinance (Chapter 124), whether the resumption of the lots listed at Annex B is required for a public purpose, namely the implementation of Yuen Long development, Package 7 works, Yuen Long, New Territories.
