Honourable Members will be asked to advise, under section 3 of the Crown Lands Resumption Ordinance (Chapter 124), whether the resumption of Inland Lot Number 834 Section B Sub-Section 1 Remaining Portion (Portion) is necessary for a public purpose, namely, for the development of Open space at the junction of Chun Sing Street and Hill Road, Urban Renewal District, Western.
(The Principal Assistant Secretary for the Environment (Mr Michael SUEN Ming-yeung) will attend before the Council for the discussion of this item).
