Planning Proposals for Victoria Barracks
The Chairman of the Victoria Barracks
Planning Committee, the Honourable Szeto Wai said
today that the Government's recently announced plan-
ning proposals for the future use of Victoria
Barracks were generally acceptable to the Committee
and had largely been developed from the land use
zoning plan included in the Committee's final report
submitted to the Governor in September 1977.
He was
pleased to note that the Government felt that the
Committee had made a significant contribution to
the future planning of the Victoria Barracks area.
