the building's future re-examined.

This is a substantial building of
reinforced concrete construction
completed in 1964. It has 5 storeys
including a semi-basement for car-
parking, storage and workshops and
has an aggregate floor area of 4,310 m2(46,376 sq.ft.). It was
designed for educational use, office
and living accommodation and is well
