authorized officer and detained until the prescribed
charges in that respect and parking fees due are
paid to the Authority (new section 25B). A vehicle
which is not claimed by its owner within 14 days
after notice of its detention is given to him will
become the property of the Authority and the vehicle
may be sold or otherwise disposed of by the Authority
(new section 25C), and if the vehicle is sold the
owner may within 6 months after the sale claim the
balance of the sale proceeds after the deduction of the
charges and fees due to the Authority.

Clause 5 gives the Authority power to make
by-laws in respect of the new provisions contained
in this Bill.
