I apologise for the delay in replying to your letter of 14 July about the dispute concerning the Golden Jubilee School in Hong Kong.
I enclose a copy of the text of the interim report by the Committee of Enquiry, together with a copy of the Hong Kong Government's press statement. I beleive that the report has proved broadly acceptable to all concerned in the dispute.
