Here, in Hong Kong we have fine young

people who are capable of holding their own in any part of the world. They are intelligent, eager and quick to learn and have

high moral standards and close family ties. Hong Kong is cosmopolitan, but all the races. integrate well. Each respects the other's culture, mores, traditions and foibles. It is a happy environment in this respect. The Government is benign and freedom is a normally accepted state, but of course all is not perfect. How could it be? We all have

our human failings.

Over the past year some 400 young girls

'

have been exposed, during their school hours, to the evil influences of a small group of teachers. During this time they have became mentally perverted, parentally alienated and morally disoriented to

such a degree that in recent months their behaviour has been well below the standard expected.. By their actions they have threatened the stability and peace of this Colony, in one instance even jeopardising a of it

human life. Their language and gestures have been of the basest

they were not mentally of morally aware that their behaviour, was wrong..9 They had been completely brain-washed to

but, in truth,

carry out the evil intentions of their teachers.

The Education Authority closed the

school. The 16 dissident teachers, with their brain-washed charges

have now been provided with, another school. The Government has done

all in its power to be just, reasonable and,,conciliatory but it seems that these people still harbour venom in their hearts directed against ex-school officials, eg. Miss Hilda Kwan, ex-Principal and Government servants,eg. Mr.Colvyn Haye, who closed the school.

The venom will undoubtedly spread to

their weakened-minded pupils.

I hope these teachers take this

opportunity to show their loyalty to their country and to their profession and lead these children to normalcy.

They have every chance to do so.They

have not been victimised in any way so should reciprocate reason with reason. Only time will tell.

To ensure that this horendous situation

does not occur again,. here, or in any other civilised country, I ask your support, blessing.prayers and encouragement to bring about the following:
