In the process of discussion between teachers and the school authority to find a solution to these mal-practices, the students learned about it and requested an explanation and a solution from the school authority, but with no result. Teachers found that new demands: which gave school authority greater control over the teachers were added in the contracts to be signed by the teachers. Students were very upset by the above events, and with four years of learning atmosphere which has nurtured the spirit to face wrongdoings, therefore the students and teachers staged a two day sit-in.
