ALLOCATION SECTION
I have written previously about
educational matters of interest to the Education Action Group of Hong Kong. I have now heard from Mr. Anthony Ha of that organisation living at 16, Dumbarton Road, 3rd Floor, Kowloon, Hong Kong. It concerns what the letter describes as the arbitrary closure of the Precious Blood Golden Jubilee Secondary School. There is a considerable amount of literature attached to the letter which I am also enclosing for you to see. I should be grateful for your comments.
