(B)

There are sufficient grounds to believe that, from the time when the school was established in 1973 up to the undercover of financial mismanagement in 1977, a harmonious '{ atmosphere existed in the school, due largely to the close

co-operation between the principal and the teachers and their success at achieving close rapport with the students.

(C) The disclosure of financial mismanagement in the school

led to a series of ill-advised and misguided actions and reactions. The situation, aggravated by ineffective communications, was unfortunately allowed to deteriorate into its present state where intense conflicts exist, where

feelings are running high and attitudes irretrievably hardened.

In these circumstances, it would be unrealistic to envisage that normal school life could resume or any degree of harmony could be achieved if the conflicting parties were

put together again.
