I have written to you before and
I think that time has proved much of the information that I gave to yourself and other members of the
Government.
This time I am coming out in full support for the Education Dept. of the Hong Kong Administration. The question of the closing of the Precious Blood Golden Jubilee Secondary School.
The closure was not caused by the
monetary question, $320,000 HK, that episode would
passed off quite quietly and caused no closure. The
be closure of the school was caused by the actions
of the teachers, and by no one else.
Consider the following:
1 After the financial mismanagement has been discovered a new Principal was sent to the
school. The teachers cbjected to this new Principal. Why? Because the regulations were being tightened, no logger was it possible for the teachers to teach what they liked, in the manner in which they chose. An "easy" job was
