Dear Sir,
An investigation has been made into the complaints which you, Miss FAN Mei-yung and Mr. LAM Sui-chuen made to Mr. Jack Cater on 2 February 1977 concerning administrative matters in the Precious Blood Golden Jubilee Secondary School.
No evidence of corruption has been found.
A report on the enquiry was considered on 1 June 1977 by the Operations Target Committee, which consists of eminent members of the community and senior officials, presided over by Mr. Cater, appointed to advise on all complaints of corruption. The members advised that no further action should be taken on your complaint, but that you should be informed of the outcome of the investigation.
