Moreover, I have never refused to sign ung school circulars. As most of the circulars are rather lengthy and the school authorities refuse to put up a copy of the circular
in the teachers' room for the teachers' reference after we have
signed them, I, together with many other teachers have been asking the school for a copy of the circular before we sign it. through the school Janitor responsible for the teachers' signing of the circular, the deputy principal Mr. To, und a letter to the management committee. But up to now, our re- queat has been neglected, I signed circulars which I had enough time to copy so that I would not be picked at by the school principal for negligence of duty stated in the circular. But for the circulars I did not have enough time; to copy, I have not signed them yet. And they have never alshowud, to me again.
Mr. Topley, I have already described to you what actually happened on the several occasions about me. By saying that I am "obstructive in the administration of the cohool", the school authorities distort the truth and make deliberutely false accusation' against me. I begin to wonder about the underlying motive of the school authorities' letter to you. I do hope that you will give the case due attention and proper treatment.
