(A) On 4th Nov., 1977, some lime after school, a school Janitor

Informed me that a friend of hine was waiting to see me. Naturally, I took his into the teachers' room to have a chat for some time. The school authorities didn't stop the meeting

between us,

nor did they remind me of it afterwards while now they make use of this occasion to show that I am incooperative, stating definitely the date, the time, and the place of the meeting between my friend and me.

(B) I did allow the P.2 mathematics test papers to be checked by the students before I corrected the answers again and marked them. I allowed the mathematica test papers to be checked by the students because all the answers to the questions in the test mentioned above were standard answers, This, I believe, is a common practice among teachers, Moreover, the school. authorities have never made known to the teachers that all the test papers should be corrected by the teachers themselves. The school principal did advise me personally not to allow the students to correct the test papers after her inspection of them, now her advice has become a warning. Moreover, I have

u never allowed the students to check any test papers since thon.

(C) I didn't turn up at 8.30 a.m. to invigilato, the examination in

M.4D on 16th Jan., 1978, I was 15 minutes lato. The person who was waiting for me in the classroom of: M.4D at 8.45 4,0. was the school principal herself. On this occasion, I can only say that I was trapped.

Before the mid-torn oxanipation, pll the teachere in the school wore given a copy of the fny

invisilation

fon time tabl As thecănvigilation time table was not clearly printed by the school authorities (see attached document No 1) I overlooked my invigilation session on 16th Jun,, 1978.

Though I thought that I did not have to invigilate any examination, on that day, I came back to school before 8.15 am. This can be testified by the Teachers' Attendanosi Sheet. On my way to the teachers' room, I passed the general; office, encounting the deputy pricipal Mr. To and the prin- cipal Miss Kwan face to face. Pxmination papers were distri- buted by the school authoriti 8.15 am. in the general office. However, nobody rema.
