REVIEW OF ENGLISH-SPEAKING EDUCATION
which was dicussed by the Executive Council on 5th December 1978.
The decision of the Governor in Council will be circulated later.

A copy of the Press Release about the changes pro- posed for managemnet of English-speaking schools,
to be issued to the news media at 7 p. m. on 7th December 1978, is also enclosed for information. Honourable Members are requested to treat the contents of this Press Release as restricted until publicity arrangements have been put into effect.
