On completion of the building, the school architect should forward a report on the completed building together with a detailed final account showing the completion cost including cost of variation duly supported by schedules of quantities and rates. Upon receipt of the account, the Principal Government Architect's inspection of the completed building will be invited. Any variation orders resulting in increase of cost above tendered cost will not qualify for grant unless approved by the Director
of @ducation.

Payment of building grant towards the final instalment, less... retention money for the defects liability period, may not be made until the building is found to be completed to the satisfaction of the Principal
Government Architect.
10.
Payment of grant towards the retention money will not be made until the defects liability period expires and after a further satisfactory inspection of the building by the Principal Government Architect.
