paragraph (b) of section 10 of this Code of
Aid, to transfor subscriptions to a fund
suparatoly kept by the sponsoring body for educational development or other purpose, annual statement of accounts in respect of such fund, audited by authorized auditors shall be
prepared. The financial year to which such
accounts shall refer, shall be from the first day

The supervisor of such school, when submitting
anual accounts of the school as required by
the terms of section 59 of this Codo of id, shall attach thereto the accounts in respect
of such fund; and these accounts shall refer
