A teacher employed for a period of time

having given such notice of intention so to

this Code of Aid or of the contract of service
relating to his employment, may forfeit one

income and expenditure account for purposes of
grant.
A school management committee shall only dismiss a towcher for good and sufficient reasons (see
Appendix 18). A teacher shall be liable to
summary dismissal if it appears to the management
cominttoo that he has been convicted of a
criminal offence or has committed a grave breach
of duty.

year in which he reaches the age of sixty.
