The principal of an aided secondary school shall inquire into and examine the curtificates and testimonials of an applicant for appointment as a teachior, and shall verify any provicus experience claimed by such applicant, making reference for this purpose to the principal of the school at which. such applicant may last have been employed.

The principal of an aided secondary school si.all verify the date of birth of any person umployed as a teacher in such school,
shall require such person to produce for inspection a birth certificate, statutory declaration, or such other document as may appear necessary for this purpose.
